Journal of the American Dietetic Association is a professional peer-reviewed journal written by and for dietetics professionals. The goal of the Journal is to publish new practice issues and research in nutrition, food and dietetics, and to encourage practitioners and researchers to develop articles that will have an impact on the science and application of the dietetics profession. Every issue includes at least two opportunities to earn continuing professional education credits through a self-assessment test on articles in that issue.

Audience

Journal of The American Dietetic Association services the fields of dietetics, nutrition, and food service management. Subscribers are members of The American Dietetic Association and others allied to the field including students and libraries.
