The dental implant conference advance program contains the schedule and descriptions for the 21/2 day conference sessions. The conference is held at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Chicago, Illinois each December. Advance Programs are mailed to all AAOMS fellows, members and residents, and to a select group of other dental specialists, for an approximate distribution of 8,500.
The dental implant conference final program contains a chronological listing of courses, a study guide, and an alphabetical listing of contracted exhibitors, including their booth numbers, product descriptions and contact information. The Program is distributed onsite at the conference. Approximate distribution is 1,200.

Audience

Oral and maxillofacial surgeons, general dentists, plastic and reconstructive surgeons, otolaryngologists, other dental specialists and head and neck surgeons
